The full price of your order must be paid including posting & packaging before we can despatch any part of it. Please contact us by email to get a price for delivery prior to ordering.

Orders within the UK are included in the price.

Overseas delivery please contact me directly and I can work out prices to ship worldwide depending on size and weight of artwork ordered, and the time frame in which you require your order. Payment will be deducted in GB pounds and will be converted to your local currency at the exchange rate on the day of processing. Take note of the fluctuation in the exchange rate as the final price may vary day to day. The prices Exclude any local handling or import taxes that may be charged on delivery.

You are buying goods by mail order, you therefore have a right of cancellation. If you do, the following terms apply;

• If you wish to cancel, you must inform us within 7 days of the receipt of your goods.

• You may not cancel orders for specially commissioned goods done to your specification.

• The goods must be returned to us within 21 days with both goods and packaging undamaged and in excellent condition for resale.

• The goods must be securely wrapped and include our delivery slip.

• The goods are returned at your risk and cost.

• When we receive the goods we will credit your Paypal Account with the full purchase price.

• If the goods are not returned you are liable to us for the cost.

• We are not obligated to collect goods from you, but if we do, you must pay the costs.

• Ordered commissions cannot be returned.

Paintings will be despatched within 3 - 7 working days from date of order. The carrier will deliver to the address given in your order. Someone must be there to accept the delivery. We will provide details of the carrier and the online tracking details of the order.

If we are unable to make delivery within 10 days of your order date, you will be notified by email to arrange another delivery date.

The goods may be delivered in instalments if not all the goods are available at the same time
