About: How to carving out those moments to lose oneself completely and utterly in the space, the sand, the sounds, the breeze and the colour that is in the present moment with nature.  Taking a deep breath looking and feeling deeply, remembering that this human experience right here right now is the one to cherish.
 
Ile de Re has some of the most beautiful beaches. When the tide is out I love to walk amongst the pools of sea water left behind whilst avoiding the rugged sharp half submerged rocks. That sense of expansiveness and  oneness transfers to the connection I have with using my paint brushes to create space for the brush marks and those green-blue colours to breathe.
